2- Blount disease is a developmental disorder characterized by disordered growth of the medial ‎aspect of the proximal tibial physis resulting in progressive lower limb deformity. The deformity consists of varus, procurvatum, and internal rotation of the tibia, However, in ‎the advanced stage of the disease, there is a bony bridge formation with medial plateau ‎depression, joint instability, and leg length inequality, all of which have to be addressed by ‎the proposed treatment.‎ We treat this case by intra atticular osteotomy to elevation of medial plateau and another ‎metaphyseal osteotomy to correct the varus and internal rotation deformities.‎

داء بلونت ‏‎ ‎يطلق علي اعوجاج الساق المكون من هبوط باعلي الجزء الداخلي من اعلي عظمه الساق مع اعوجاج انسي ‏بالساق و يتم علاج تلك الحالات بواسطه شقين عظميين احدهما خلال غظروف اعلي عظمه الساق والاخر بالجزء العلوي ‏للساق مع الاستعدال التدريجي بواسطه مثبت خارجي مع العلم ان العلاج لا يرتبط بوزن المريض حيث يتم عمل العمليات ‏بنجاح في الحالات السمنة الشديدة كما هو موضح بالصور.
