18- Displaced intraarticular fractures comprise 60% to 75% of calcaneus fractures, subtalar and calcaneocuboid joints affected by comminuted fracture that may complicated by early arthritis.

We treat this case by closed reduction and fixation by circular external fixation to avoid complication of open surgery.

حالات الكسور المفتته بعظمه العقب غالبا ما تؤثر علي مفاصل القدم مما يؤدي الي خشونه مبكره يتم علاج تلك الحالات عن طريق الرد المقفول و التثبيت بمثبت خارجي دائري لتفادي مضاعفات الجراحه المفتوحه لتثبيت تلك الكسور بمثبتات داخليه.
